Basically I had to kill a centipede in my kitchen with some bug killer spray. the surface (a small area on my kitchen floor) became wet due to the bug killer spray. I wiped it down with a wet paper towel and let it air dry. does that clean up the poison residue so that my floor does not have any poison residue on it?
use a damp cloth and then wipe it dry.
Of course! If you can't see it, it doesn't exist.

Is it okay if i spray my room with it? how long do i have to wait until i can go in again? is there anything that should be covered while i spray it? there's only one window and my air conditioner is in it so i cant open it.
Make sure the AC is turned off.
Something over the bed that can be washed will protect the bed.
Make up, tooth brush, and everything on top of the bathroom cabinet needs to be put up or covered.
Sure, but don't get any on the walls or the ceiling. It's oily, and it won't wash off. You'll have to repaint
