Both are probably eqaully as good for everyday home use but neither are gold for daily or commercial use.
Bosch is a very good brand and either model will stand you in good service for a long time. Go for the GSB (i.e. blue) model from Screwfix over the PSB (i.e. green) model from Argos. Both are currently the same price, but the GSB model is more heavily discounted so you are getting a better machine. More importantly, the GSB model is from Bosch's professional range while the PSB model is from their DIY range — Bosch colour code their equipment blue and green respectively — so the GSB will be more robust and rated for higher usage. however, for DIY you won't see much of a difference, but since they are the same price in the offer you might as well get the better one. What will make a difference is the spare battery on the GSB model from Screwfix, as on a long job this means you can have one charging while using the other. Additional batteries are very expensive, nearly as much as a complete kit. On lithium ion models most of the technology and most of the cost is in the battery.
Oh, and don't put too much store by the hammer setting: I have the older, 18 volt version of the PSB hammer drill drive, and wonderful as it is as a drill-driver, especially up a ladder, the hammer setting isn't up to much. Brickwork is fine, mortar at a pinch, concrete will take a long time. There just isn't enough oomph in these smaller battery models.

Rated Tough by IECEach of Panasonic Tough IP Cordless Power Tools were awarded a rating of IP561 by the IEC (according to IEC60529) classifying them “Dust-protected” and “Protected against powerful water jets.”
The IEC testing protocol put the tools in an environment where they were exposed separately to both heavy dust and water jets. After each separate test, the tool is checked to ensure it still continues to function properly.
