Michael Lyons lost his appeal against his sentence at the Military Appeals Tribunal in the Royal Courts of Justice today, 13 October. the Dale Farm Travellers lost their case in the Royal Courts of Justice yesterday. seems justice is in short supply.

On June 4, 1963, a little known attempt was made to strip the Federal Reserve Bank of its power to loan money to the government at interest. On that day President John F. Kennedy signed Executive Order No. 11110 that returned to the U.S. government the power to issue currency, without going through the Federal Reserve. Mr. Kennedy's order gave the Treasury the power "to issue silver certificates against any silver bullion, silver, or standard silver dollars in the Treasury." this meant that for every ounce of silver in the U.S. Treasury's vault, the government could introduce new money into circulation. In all, Kennedy brought nearly $4.3 billion in U.S. notes into circulation. the ramifications of this bill are enormous.

With the stroke of a pen, Mr. Kennedy was on his way to putting the Federal Reserve Bank of New York out of business. If enough of these silver certificats were to come into circulation they would have eliminated the demand for Federal Reserve notes. this is because the silver certificates are backed by silver and the Federal Reserve notes are not backed by anything. Executive Order 11110 could have prevented the national debt from reaching its current level, because it would have given the gevernment the ability to repay its debt without going to the Federal Reserve and being charged interest in order to create the new money. Executive Order 11110 gave the U.S. the ability to create its own money backed by silver.

First of all, Executive Orders are limited to the term of that Presidents Office. Lastly, the Treasury issues money, bonds, and notes. the FED regulates the flow of money and interest rates.

This is one of the wackier Kennedy Assassination theories.

The theories point to Executive Order 11110 signed by Kennedy which delegated authority to the Treasury Secretary to print silver certificates at will (ref: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Executive_o… ). the theory goes that this would put the Federal Reserve out of business.

One only needs to examanine the claims to realize how silly the theory is.

– Given all the Fed duties and responsibilities, to claim that issuing silver certificates would nullify all the Fed duties is preposterous

– Ever since it's inception, the Federal Reserve has worked with whatever the currency of the realm. Federal Reserve notes circulated along side silver certificates, gold certificates, and coins. from a day-to-day operations side, it really makes no difference.

– History showed that the government was trying to get away from the silver standard. Silver prices were rising to the point where a silver dollar would have more than a dollars worth of silver. this executive order was seen as giving the Treasury Secretary more flexibility to do that.

– There was not enough silver to replace all the currency in circulation with silver certificates.

you can use it but i find it harderto write in

My bf is a sailor and currently out to sea on deployment. he told me he cannot open his yahoo email. Can sailors view emails from fastmail or hotmail while out to sea? also, are they ever assigned pen pals?

Well it is a case of whether or not you can get internet. if you can get internet you can do what every u want on the internet. if no internet is available then no.

You need a signal to check internet email..unless there is something underneath the ocean we dont know about, then your boyfriend won't be able to check his email..But its ok,, he'll have something to look forward to as soon as he reaches port

there are such things as satilite internet that is possible of getting. its really expensive though and people who travel a lot have it. if your bf doesnt have it then he will not get your e-mail
