If I show my tax exempt form will i get the tax off and more importantly will this cause an issue down the line. should i buy it and then reimburse myself through the company. any advice?
I'd make sure a) it's not against company policy to do it this way; b) you'll for sure get reimbursed; and c) that what you want to buy isn't furnished by the company. if you have yet to recrive the company card; my guess is that you might be new to the company, so why not find out for sure before you buy anything.
best of luck !! be happy that you have a job, too.
If the amount is not too large and it is one time thing, I dont think there is a problem. but get a letter from the company validating the transaction

I need a business card to find jobs, sort of advertise my qualifications and specializations. this card won't be associated with a job that I have but let people know how I collaborate with or benefit them.
That's called a cover letter and should go with your resume when you apply for jobs. a business card cannot hold enough info to entice anyone to take a second look. All that will happen with a card is it will be tossed into a desk drawer and never looked at again.
a business card would have your name in bold in the center and your job title underneath in a smaller font. your tel num, addr, email and fax could be equally divided in the corners

I am not after a standard boring business card – something a big smaller. Embossed too. Any ideas?

Just remember, business cards that are so small that they fall out of people's wallets, or so big that they can't fit aren't practical.
