i really need a half day of school but im not sopoussed to miss any more but my dad says anytime i dont feel good i should come home but i have to be sent home from the nurse please dont say "just go to all of your classes and deal with it"
Period or get a bunch of food and water & spit it out halfway in the bathroom in the nurses office & leave the door open then close it after & make puking noises or gagging noises into the toilet & then clean up the food off the. Bathroom floor cause it won't smel like puke but then tell her to call ur dad or something.
Tell ur teacher you are not feeling well and need to go to the bathroom to throw up!!! go to the bathroom for about 15 minutes. go back to the class and tell ur teacher u threw up and are not feeling well. He/ she will send u to the nurse and the nurse has to send u home if u threw up.

I work for a homecare agency(Homecare USA) out of southern CA, where i help the elderly cook, clean, ect. I started for them in december, and recieved my first two paychecks no problem (paid monthly). I am missing my paychecks from Feb-March and need to turn in my timesheet for april which will probably also turn into a missing paycheck.
I called them, # was disconnected, then somehow they knew i was tryin to get a hold of them and call me back, give me a new set of #'s,while i tell them about my issue getting paid they say "ok we'll send it out and you sign for it so we know u got it. a week later,no paychecks. I call the numbers they gave me, and i cant reach anyone, even for the operator it goes to voicemail so i have been calling them and leaving messages daily. I cant find a current address to go to, so is there any legal action i can take to get someone else involved to help resolve this?
Contact the Department of Labor or the Workforce Commission in your area.
The BBB is for CONSUMERS, not EMPLOYEES.
First off you need to quit and get a new job.
COntact the department of labor. they have to pay you!

Or maybe there's a website where I can see a sample of the nurses notes.
I really don't have the money to buy the program because it's really expensive and paying someone is really becoming too expensive.
Please help me.

I do all of this within my time M-F , from 9-5. and on sat, sun. from 10-3. I do my work. But the problem is she is moving, and she expects me to box all of her stuff, and and pack. She is just moving her mobile home from one place to another. But she is expecting me to do all her work that I am suppose to do, plus on top of that box her stuff up that will break in the move. her family will not help her. I only get paid from the 7.50 from a health agency. She also expects me to call the plumber, and electricity, water, and movers… am worn out, Should I contact agency o someone can tell her this is not my job?????help!!
Your job duties/responsibilities should be written out by your agency. give your client a copy, note that you did so, and stick to your (written) responsibilities. when 5:00 comes, you're out the door.
Report anything she demands you do that's not included in your job duties in writing, and submit to your agency, including your client's full name, address, full descrip. of requested or demanded extra duties. Keep copies.
Good luck
I think the right thing to do is to discuss it with her first letting her know that you will have to contact the people you work for because you are not paid to do that if that is the case.
It's always right to be up front with the person you are in disagreement with.
My mom is a nurse and she works 3-11. if you are a nurse then you are there for her care! not her cleaning! She needs to pay someone else for that! a lady tried to pull that on my mom, she just didn't do it. And she wasn't fired. But i don't want you to loose your job, so check what your duties first!
good Luck!
The agency you work for should have trained you and told you exactly what duties are required. I worked a while as a home health aid and was told specifically that any extra duties were to be reported as such and the clients would be billed for those services.
tell her or her family you will be happy to phone a moving company or two for estimates. That will be on their dime.
I would ask at the home health agency what they say you should do about it.
i keep telling GOD everyones only one person ….. !!!!!!!!!!!
You say that you are a HOME e care provider. What is your job description?
I have a home care provider. She is a CHHA (Certified Home Health Aide) and she is licensed by the State, Board of Nursing. her agency gave me a job description in my care plan that was developed with the CHHA, myself (the patient) and the agency's visiting nurse. All three of us signed it and if I ask her to do anything out of her job description, I compensate her financially and she performs these extra duties in her spare time…not during the time she works for the agency.
I live in New Jersey, if that means anything. Different states sometimes have different rules.
You need to talk to your agency and tell them about the situation. I used to work as a home health nurse. if you are only suppose to be doing personal care that means bathing food preparation, giving meds, and light house keeping. Light house keeping means running the sweeper, changing the linens on her bed and maybe her laundry. if the agency you work for provides a house keeping service they will advise you to let them tell her of what your duties are so there won't be any misunderstandings. I done this kind of work for several years and found it very rewarding.

DUBLIN–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Research and Markets (researchandmarkets.com/research/e81970/philips_healthcare) has announced the addition of the “Philips Healthcare Medical Device Company Intelligence Report” report to their offering.
“Philips Healthcare Medical Device Company Intelligence Report”
Headquartered in Best, the Netherlands, and Andover, Massachusetts, the US, Philips Healthcare is part of the multinational electronics giant, Royal Philips Electronics Group. at the beginning of 2008, Philips realigned its business activities into three separate sectors’ – Healthcare, Lighting and Consumer Lifestyle – each of which was made responsible for the management of its businesses worldwide. Philips Healthcare was formed through the combination of the former Medical Systems and Home Healthcare Solutions divisions, the latter of which had been hived off from Philips’ Innovation and Emerging Businesses unit.
Bolstered by the product lines and research activities of smaller rival companies that have been acquired in recent years, Philips Healthcare offers a broad portfolio of medical systems. its product line includes X-ray, ultrasound, magnetic resonance (MR), computed tomography (CT), fluoroscopy and nuclear medicine imaging technologies, as well as patient monitoring, information retrieval and management systems and resuscitation, perinatal care, temperature management and hospital and home respiratory, ventilation and sleep management products. Philips Healthcare also offers a wide range of services to support its businesses. Philips Healthcare is a leader in many of the markets in which it participates and, in the financial year ended 31st December 2010, had sales of EUR8.6 billion.
Central to Philips Healthcare’s strategy is the aim of achieving a leading position in the high-growth sector of home healthcare. given the unsustainably high healthcare costs in many markets and increased emphasis on both efficiency and patient comfort, there is a growing shift towards diagnosing, treating and monitoring patients in their homes, rather than in hospitals. Demand for home healthcare is also growing due to the increasing number of elderly people and the rising incidence of chronic diseases.
