I want to create a hammered copper look without the expense of real copper. Water would cascade over a portion of the frame.
I think this might work. The stuff from Rustoleum is excellent. Paint on stone tends to hold up well since there is no expansion or contraction. If you are painting tile, if it is shiny, be sure to sand off any sheen so the paint has something to bite into.
