I own an 1994 Oldsmobile Ceira. I have been trying to replace the lug studs.?

I have removed the brake calipers and rotor. Still I cannot remove the old lug studs because of a large size nut that screws on to the (I guess) is the CV axel. What size is this nut.

well on my car… a 2001 mitsubishi eclipse… when we had to replace the lug stud… we just tapped the broken one out with a big *** hammer… but dont tap it too hard and wrecklessly… you could damage your wheel bearings or at least thats what i was told… and it should pop out eventually… but then again it might be different on your car… well if you do get it out place a bunch of washers and a lug nut on the lug stud and begin to tighten the lug nut until the lug stud is fully seated in the axle hub
