I have an older camera and I want to really get into using it. Is this one ok ritzcamera.com/product/232040… I thought that a flash meter just metered flash (I have a flash meter, it doesnt give a reading until the flash goes off) but this one looks like it will give ambient readings and flash readings.
What kind of things should I look for in a light meter?
Don buy a meter. Experience tells you the right exposure.
Bracket your shots and pretty soon you will know what works best. It's cheaper too.
Bracketing means taking two or more shots at different exposures. Have them developed and pick out the best negatives.

4. Julia Smeeth, 20 years old, was killed by her brother Michael because she talked on the phone too long, Michael clubbed his sister to death with a cordless phone, then stabbed her several times with the broken aerial.
5. Megan Fry, 44 years old, was killed by 14 state troopers after she wandered onto a live firing, fake town, simulation. Seeing all the troopers walking slowly down the street Megan Fry had jumped out in
front of them and yelled Boo!. The troopers, thinking she was a pop up target, fired 67 shots between them, over 40 of them hitting the target. "she just looked like a very real looking target", one of the troopers stated in his report.

6. how could the landlord not realize that Javier has not paid rent in 8 years. It's not like it was a few months, it was almost a decade. That's a bit bizarre to me

I guess the "weirdest" is…uhm well they're all weird haa. but I guess…5?
1 is really unbelievable and that twin must have been truly evil, 2 is sick, 3 is ironic, 4 is really..graphic and terrible, 5 is unbelievable, and 6 is odd and a bit ridiculous.

D. the Thermometer for the Air Temp. the Light meter measures the amount of Sun light.
A Barometer measures Barometric pressure, ( High, and low fronts ), and a Voltmeter measures the amount of voltage in a current.
