Has anyone ever completed Tomb Raider 3 all secrets no medi packs no cheats on playstation?

I'm planning to do that as i did with the other 5 tomb raider classics but i don't think i can due to the bad save system. has anyone done that?

Like, is it possible to put a PS1 game in the drive, do something and then get the Game's ISO so it can be played on a PSX emulatior?
