I agree with Mandy – technically, you can. I would not trust that mic adapter to carry much weight. a shock-mount, mic and cable are a lot to expect that little piece of plastic to carry and balance. I would suggest using a camera bracket (search "bower camera bracket" at amazon in the US to understand what this is) and use that or something similar to add a couple of cold accessory shoes – one shoe for the mic another for a video light (if needed)…
