I am currently on a Bugpond contract of 400mb, I want to go wireless and give up my land phone to offset the costs of a 1 gig a month contract. So I loose my Email address, too bad.
Whats the best IPS and can I use a Wireless card to avoid buying a modem?
Most internet providers will give you a modem for free when you sign up for their service. You will still need the modem for the feed from the outside into your house. That modem is connected to your wireless router, which then sends your signal throughout the house, which will be picked up by your card.
Here in the US there is no limit to the amount of uploads/downloads, it appears that you are abroad from me as I have never heard of limited contracts. if that is the case sorry, I can't help with ISPs. besides, they are different from area to area, there isn't one that can cover all markets.
