July 4th, 2011 — nintendo Game Boy Colour
My friend just found all her old Game Boy Color games(Silver, Blue, Crystal, and Yellow) and is trying to get all of her legendary and level 100 Pokemon onto her Game Boy Advanced(Fire Red, Emerald, and/or Sapphire) but found it wouldn't work. is their ANY way to get them there? I heard of a storage game for the Gamecube, is it compatible with GBC games?

I have pokemon Blue and want to transfer pokemon from that to pokemon silver. I have a game boy colour and game boy advance. I don't have a link cable, and was wondering if you can do it using the infrared
You need a proper link cable (read PKMN Silver instruction booklet) to connect.
None of those games nor the GBA have infrared tech.
From Gen1/2 -> Gen 3: It can't be done. Just can't be.
Gen 1 -> 2, or vice versa: Simply like a trade. and you can't do it via infrared.
